All of the staff are super friendly and know their stuff. The pizza was great. The cocktails were great. Fri and Sat happy hour between 10pm and 11pm. The bar is sectioned off into two areas. The main bar and the cocktail bar called "the boiler room." The boiler room has soft jazz playing and is much quieter than the main bar. The main bar had 2 pool tables and a ping pong table. Drink prices are the standard affair for a venue in the valley but there's happy hour.

Killer venue and service. The music is great too. Tomcat is my fiancées fav bar, so any night in the valley involves having a dance and playing some pool here. A few months back both she and her best mate lost their wallets here on the same night - staff were super helpful when aiding in their recovery! Would recommend.

I am an old guy but I like to see emerging bands. Tomcat is a great venue for live music. Great range of beers and a good grasp of the concept that not everyone drinks that fancy craft rubbish. For those reviewers complaining about security, don't blame the venue. Get in touch with the security company that sent them there.

I’m 29 and Jackson is by far the BEST bartender I’ve ever come across, his enthusiasm and bar skills honestly astounded myself and my partner. From the second we walked in he treated us like he had known us forever. I would also like to mention Chase, very friendly and prompt service!

Had the absolute night of my life tonight, danced until closing and loved every single moment! The atmosphere is so friendly and we even made new friends on the dance floor! Music and DJ was spot on with BMTH, PWD, Bad Omens, Slipknot etc. I will be back, thank you for creating a space I feel like myself in 🖤

This place is amazing. The vibe and atmosphere is so great. The main bar has live performances most nights, which are always amazing, a smokers area you can still hear the music and a few arcade games. The the back room is just a nod to every punk bands you know and love. With tables to sit at and another bar with yet another pool table. The people are just real people who are fun to be around and feel like they fit the vibe perfectly. Also if your lucky enough to organise a private event in the back room or just be served by Jackson, you are guaranteed to have an amazing time. Whether you want just a run of the mill beer or some exotic cocktail or even mocktail he willl hook you up with a smile and advice on what to choose based on what you like. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough if there was a 6 star option they would definitely get it. Also the drinks are actually super reasonably priced!

The Tomcat is a great venue. Lots of fun. Good drinks. Great bands. Lovely staff. Didn't have any food - so rating above not valid.

We went to the valley after the YungBlud concert, looking for somewhere to drink and chill. After drifting through a few bars, a random recommended Tomcat, saying it was a great place - they were right. Starting at the front door, security were friendly and professional. Inside, the venue has a great rock / alternative vibe. Plenty of room and well laid out. Staff were all just downright friendly, welcoming and helpful. Good people with great personalities. Will definitely visit again. On a side note, we left at 3am, went to the nearby Maccas and bumped into YungBlud!!!!
